Surf Movement Method

You will learn a diverse range of bodyweight surf movement patterns inspired by disciplines such as capoeira, gymnastics,pilates, Chinese martial arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, yoga, ginastica natural and dancing. We will explore drills, protocols, and exercises to enhance your coordination, stability, mobility, and strength. Surf movement and technique variations are tailored to your level of strength and skills.
We will explore basic upper and lower body surfmovements designed to strengthen your muscles, tendons, joints, and the nervous system. This is an eye-opener for both exercise beginners and seasoned athletes.
