Holistica Yoga (HY)

Combines tradition with current movement therapy, integrating the body and mind to achieve a therapeutic practice.

Holistica Movement (HM)

A functional movement class using your body weight, primal movements & other tools such as parallel bars, rings, bars, monkey bars, cords, wooden sticks, med balls, swiss balls & kettle bells, among others. Our exercises incorporate everything from balance, sets/reps, body expression, mobilisation, movement, stretches & meditation/breathing techniques.

Holistica Movement for beginners (HMB)

A 45min movement class that has been developed for beginner’s to have they first steps into the Holistica movement method.  

Holistica Movement Cardio (HMC)

This class is divided in 30min with all the movement of HM and 30min of an epic and unique functional movement circuit to push your cardio up. Helping you to improve lungs capacity, conditioning and fat burn.

 

Holistica Lift (HML)

A 45min class of learning how to lift and developing pure strength using barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells. All the lifts will be based on your functional patterns. 

Surf Movement (SM)

Very similar to Holistic Class with the surfer in mind. This is about increasing key aspects to improve your surfing such as mobility, agility, awareness in the body, strength & enhance your coordination, stability & movement flow.

 

Surf Movement cardio (SMC)

This class is divided in 30min with all the movement of SM and 30min of an epic and unique surf functional movement circuit to push your cardio up. Helping you to improve your lungs capacity, fast paddling, conditioning and stamina.

 

Surf Movement Lift (SML)

A 45min class of specific lifts strength training for Surfers, using barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells. All the lifts are developed for all surfing patterns. 

 

Surf Movement release: (SMR)

A combination of soft tissue release and specific mobility using tennis balls, elastic bands and yoga blocks. The class that comes in the end of the week to help you to release all the tight muscle around your body after a big week of work, training and/or surfing.
